Police Investigate Other Perpetrators In Cases Of Women's Murder In Suitcases

Polda Metro Jaya is investigating the possibility of the involvement of other perpetrators in the murder case of Rini Mariany whose body was found in a suitcase in the West Cikarang area, Bekasi Regency.

In this case, the police have arrested a suspect named Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh.

"I provide initial information, we are still investigating the alleged involvement of other perpetrators," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Thursday, May 2.

Based on the temporary investigation, Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh had intercourse with the victim at a hotel in Bandung, West Java.

Then, the young man was said to have killed Rini. However, it has not been conveyed in detail how Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh killed the victim. Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh is said to have stolen the victim's money worth Rp43 million.

The money did not belong to the victim. Instead, the company money brought by Rini Mariany and will be deposited into the bank.

"It's true, the perpetrator took the victim's money of Rp43 million," said Ade.

West Cikarang Police Chief, Kompol Gurnald Patiran added that there was an alleged economic motive in the case. This is because Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh is also known to be holding a wedding reception.

The allegation emerged when the suspect's theft was linked to the activity of the reception.

"So there may be a motive where he needs money to pay his reception money," said Gurnald.

From the results of the examination, the suspect is said to have carried out the wedding ceremony procession on March 17. However, Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh will only hold a reception on May 5.

If inferred temporarily, the suspect may have killed the victim to control the money he brought.

"So here there are several motives, financial motives. Economic problems," said Gurnald.

Rini Mariany's body was found in a suitcase in West Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, Thursday, April 25.

Meanwhile, the suspect Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh was arrested in the Palembang area, on May 1.
