Jokowi said that apart from the onion commodity, he also reviewed the fluctuations in the price of eggs, chicken, and chicken eggs which also experienced a downward trend in prices in the local market.

The same thing was experienced by rice commodities reported by the President at a reasonable average price.

"But don't let everything go down, the rice goes down too, sorry for the farmers too, sorry for the farmers. This is what we maintain balance so that consumers, the community, are also happy, but farmers are also happy. That's what we take care of," said Jokowi, quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, May 2.
