The Treasure Yoory C Pintonoan, Suspect In DP Home IDR 0: Has Debt Of More Than IDR 500 Million And 5 Land Assets

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confirmed that it is currently investigating alleged corruption cases in land purchases in several locations for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's IDR 0 DP (Down Payment) Program by DKI Jakarta BUMDs.

One of the suspects in this case is the President Director of PD Pembangunan Sarana, Jaya Yoory C Pintonoan.

Then, how sharp is Yoory C Pintonoan when viewed from the State Officials' Wealth Report (LHKPN) downloaded from the KPK website?

Based on the LHKPN data reported by Yoory on December 4, 2019, he was recorded as having total assets of IDR 13,068,643,754. It's just that, in the report, he was also recorded as having a debt of IDR 594,434,000.

There are also assets in the form of land and buildings belonging to him, reaching IDR 8,820,000,000 with details of three land and building assets in Tangerang City; one in DKI Jakarta; and one in Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY).

In addition, he also has assets in the form of a vehicle worth IDR 940 million, with details of one unit of a 2016 Toyota Fortuner VRZ for IDR 350 million; one unit of Toyota Voxy 2017 for IDR 360 million; one unit of Honda Brio RS 2018 for IDR 170 million; and a 2017 Royal Enfield Bullet 500 motorbike for IDR 60 million.

Furthermore, from the LHKPN Yoory was also noted to have other movable assets worth IDR 100 million; securities worth IDR 40 million; and cash equivalents amounting to IDR 2,545,577,054; as well as other assets valued for IDR 623,066,700.

Previously reported, KPK spokesman for the field of prosecution Ali Fikri said that his party was investigating this case after finding two pieces of evidence that were sufficient to determine a certain party as a suspect. The KPK appointed a BUMD boss in this case.

"It is true, after two sufficient preliminary evidences were found, the KPK is currently carrying out investigations into alleged TPK related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Rangon Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta Province in 2019", Ali said in his written statement to journalist, Monday, March 8.

While confirmed separately, the Head of Commission B for the Economy of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Abdul Aziz, confirmed the news that an initial YC as the President Director of BUMD DKI Jakarta was a suspect at the KPK.
