JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Johanis Tanak said his colleague, Nurul Ghufron, had the right to file a lawsuit at the State Administrative Court (PTUN). This was conveyed by Johanis in response to Ghufron's move to sue the KPK Supervisory Board to the Administrative Court for handling alleged ethical violations related to communication between himself and the Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan) who discussed the mutation of an employee. He said, all leaders could do nothing. “ If later, ‘oh, I (Ghufron, ed) want to sue, yes, that's his personal right, right. We can't then ‘eh, don't be ’,” Johanis told reporters at the KPK ACLC Building, Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, Tuesday, April 30. "We can't say ‘don't ’ we'll be blamed later," he continued. Meanwhile, Ghufron has reported KPK Council Member Albertina Ho to the KPK Supervisory Board in the midst of investigating the alleged ethical violation. He also sued the KPK Supervisory Board to the State Administrative Court (PTUN).
