Anies Baswedan Invites Supporters To Respect The Constitutional Court's Decision To Win Prabowo-Gibran

SLEMAN - Former Governor of DKI Jakarta and presidential candidate number 1 in the 2024 presidential election, Anies Baswedan, invite their supporters to respect the decision of the Constitutional Court (MK).

"When the Constitutional Court has issued a decision, we respect the Constitutional Court's decision. We live in a democratic country with maturity, maturity, and readiness to obey all constitutional processes," Anies said at a national shawalan event in Sleman, Yogyakarta, Sunday, April 28.

Although a number of coalition parties that support it provide a signal of joining the upcoming government under the leadership of Prabowo-Gibran, Anies admits that he will continue to establish friendship.

"We will continue to maintain the network and friendship," he added.

Previously, Prabowo Subianto confirmed that the Nasdem Party would support his government. Prabowo emphasized this after receiving the arrival of the General Chair of the Nasdem Party, Surya Paloh at his residence.

As for Anies' pair in the 2024 presidential election who is also the General Chair of PKB, Muhaimin Iskandar has received Prabowo's visit at the PKB DPP office, Jakarta, Wednesday, April 24. Cak Imin expressed his party's desire to cooperate with Prabowo and Gerindra after the 2024 presidential election. Prabowo himself emphasized that he wanted to embrace all parties for the benefit of the nation and state.

When asked for a response regarding political steps in the future after the presidential election, Anies stated that he was resting while planning new steps.
