Gibran Says Jakut Penjaringan Area Will Get Special Attention From The Next Vice President

SOLO - Vice President-elect Gibran Rakabuming Raka said densely populated areas received special attention from the government, such as the conditions in Muara Baru, North Jakarta.

Met in Solo, Central Java, Friday, April 26, Gibran said that recently he came directly to one of the densely populated areas, namely the Muara Baru Flats (Rusun), Penjaringan, North Jakarta.

"That's why yesterday we went straight to Muara Baru, the most crowded place, the flats have not been upgraded for a long time," he said as quoted by ANTARA.

Therefore, he said, the area will also be one of the government's special attentions.

He said the attention given was aimed at eradicating stunting cases in various regions in Indonesia.

"Once again, stunting is not only prevented through nutrition but also from their homes, drainage, sanitation," he said.

Previously, shortly after the General Elections Commission (KPU) declared him and President-elect Prabowo Subianto the winner of the 2024 presidential election, Wednesday, April 24, Gibran visited the Muara Baru Flats area.

His arrival was immediately greeted by the children of the residents of the flat who were waiting for him. While walking, Gibran greeted the residents while distributing free milk.

Regarding his arrival in the area, he said, because he wanted to stay in touch with the community. "This is a gathering, because this is densely populated," he said.
