A total of 72 terrorism convicts pledge allegiance to the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia at the Class II A Special Penitentiary Gunung Sindur, Bogor Regency, West Java.
Acting Director General of Corrections at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) Reynhard Silitonga at Gunung Sindur Prison explained that the convicts of terrorism cases (napiters) came from nine correctional institutions (prisons).

"Thank you to all stakeholders who have supported the successful development of the inmates of criminal acts of terrorism in prisons, namely to BNPT, Densus 88, Ministry of Religion, BIN, BPIP, local governments, community organizations and other agencies," he said.
Reynhard said that there were 48 prisoners who pledged allegiance from the Class II A Special Prison in Gunung Sindur, 10 Class II A Narcotics Prisons in Gunung Sindur, five Class II B Sentul Special Prisons, three Class II A Karawang Prisons, two Tangerang Class I Prisons, and Class II A Kuningan Prison, Ambarawa Class II A Prison, White Sand Class II A Special Prison, and Semarang Class II A Women's Prison, one person each.
Secretary-General of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Supriyanto, on the same occasion explained that since 2020, the activity "Ikrar Setia Is a Citizen Inmates of Terrorism Crimes to the Republic of Indonesia" is one of the indicators supporting the development of terrorism convicts.
Over the past five years, correctional institutions have succeeded in exceeding the performance target in the field of coaching of the inmates of criminal acts of terrorism.
