JAKARTA - TikToker Galih Loss or Galih Noval Aji Prakoso is still being prosecuted regarding the alleged blasphemy case. Although, Galih has apologized.

Galih's apology was conveyed by making a video. He admitted that he regretted his actions that included the sentence ta'awudz.

"Introducing, my name is Galih Noval Aji Prakoso, the owner of the TikTok account @galihloss3 who has made a video of blasphemy by shortening the sound of wolf protection to auudzubillabiliasyaitonnirojim," said Galih as quoted by VOI, Tuesday, April 23.

"Here I apologize profusely to all Muslims and I regret all my actions," he continued.

In the video, Galih also promised not to repeat his actions. In fact, it will create more educational content.

It is known, Galih also had time to create prank content. He claims to be the owner of a motorcycle from someone.

"I promise not to repeat the video. And I will promise to make videos that are more useful to the Indonesian people and educate better in the future," he said.

Director of Special Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak who was questioned regarding the apology from Galih said the legal process was still ongoing.

"Although the suspect has made a video of an apology, the investigation into the alleged criminal act that occurred is still carried out in a professional, transparent and accountable manner," said Ade

In fact, he said, Galih, who had the status, was already detained at the Polda Metro Jaya detention center.

"Currently, the suspect has been arrested and will be detained on Tuesday, April 23, 2024," said Ade.
