Desperate To Suicide, Woman From Cengkareng Found Dead Floating In Mookervart River

JAKARTA - A woman with the initials R (30), a resident of Duri Kosambi, was desperate to commit suicide in the Mookervart River, precisely in front of PT. BASF Indonesia, Duri Kosambi Village, Cengkareng District, West Jakarta.

The victim drowned and was found dead. The discovery of the victim's body was discovered after the SAR team conducted a search in the Mookervart river.

"The victim was found floating on the surface of the river flow at the Bojong Kavling Bridge, at a radius of approximately 1.4 km from the scene," said Head of the Jakarta Basarnas as well as SAR Mission Coordinator (SMC) in the SAR operation, Desiana Kartika Bahari when confirmed, Tuesday, April 23.

Furthermore, the body of the female victim with the initials R was identified by the West Jakarta Metro Police DVI team.

The discovery of the victim's body was carried out after the joint SAR team divided the two search teams. The first team conducted an effort to search using a rubber boat by combing the Mookervart River up to a radius of 2 KM from the scene.

Then the second team carried out a visual search effort by land along the banks of the Mookervart River to the 1 KM radius of the incident location.
