JAKARTA - The Constitutional Court rejected the request for dispute over the results of the 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential Election (Pilpres) proposed by Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD. This means that Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka's victory in the 2024 presidential election is undeniable.

The 2024 presidential election dispute trial was tried by eight Constitutional Court judges led by the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Suhartoyo. The Constitutional Court judge first read out the verdict against Anies-Cak Imin's petition. The Constitutional Court initially stated that it was authorized to try Anies-Cak Imin's petition. The Constitutional Court then read out the considerations of various arguments.

One of the considerations considered by the Constitutional Court is the argument of Anies-Cak Imin which asked Prabowo-Gibran to be disqualified from the 2024 presidential election. The Constitutional Court stated that the argument submitted by Anies-Cak Imin was legally groundless. The Constitutional Court also said that no party expressed objection after Prabowo-Gibran was appointed as a presidential and vice presidential candidate. The Constitutional Court also stated that there was no evidence of a form of chaos in Jokowi that Anies-Cak Imin conveyed in his petition with Prabowo-Gibran's vote.

The Constitutional Court also rejected the request for a dispute over the results of the 2024 presidential election submitted by Ganjar-Mahfud. The Constitutional Court initially stated that it was authorized to try the application submitted by Ganjar-Mahfud. The Constitutional Court judge did not read out the details of the points in the consideration of this decision. The Constitutional Court said the considerations in this decision were related to the consideration in the decision on the lawsuit from Anies-Muhaimin.

The Constitutional Court said that the considerations in Ganjar-Mahfud's decision would be much the same because it was still related to one incident, namely the 2024 presidential election. The Constitutional Court stated that the petitioner's application had no legal basis and rejected all Ganjar-Mahfud applications. This Constitutional Court decision is a final and binding decision.
