Central PAPUA - Paniai Resort Police (Polres) in Central Papua are still investigating two cases of abuse that occurred on Jalan Trans Papua, Madi-Enarotali.

Kombes Benny said that a witness admitted that he had seen the alleged perpetrator carrying a Jupiter Z motorbike at high speed while holding a knife to Enarotali Village.

Paniai Police Chief AKBP Abdus Syukur separately admitted that there were allegations that the perpetrators of the attack were carried out by the same person, let alone a close location.

"Members have conducted a crime scene investigation and collected information from witnesses to reveal the identity of the perpetrator," said the Police Chief.

The length of the Trans Papua road in Central Papua is known to be about 270 km who contacted four districts in the area, namely Nabire, Deiyai, Dogiyai and Paniai Regencies.
