Check The Mobile SIM Service Location In Jakarta Today

JAKARTA - Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya, opened a mobile driving license (SIM) service this Sunday in two places in the area.

Through the official @tmcpoldametro account, it is informed that the service is open from 07.00 to 12.00 WIB.

For the mobile SIM location of the Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya, which is still serving the community this weekend, namely:

1. East Jakarta, located on Jalan Raden Inten, Kalimalang next to MCD Duren Sawit

2. West Jakarta, on Jalan Panjeng, in front of Bank BJB Kebon Jeruk.

Meanwhile, in South, Central, and North Jakarta there is no mobile SIM service, as usual.

People who will access mobile SIM services are asked to bring an extended driver's license and ID card, each including a photocopy.

While at the location of the applicant's outlet, they will be asked to fill out a form and take a medical test and psychological test. This service only serves valid SIM A and SIM C extensions.

For renewal fees, in accordance with Government Regulation Number 76 of 2020 concerning Types and Tariffs on Types of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) applicable to the National Police, it is IDR 80,000 for SIM A renewal and IDR 75,000 for SIM C extension.

In addition to these costs, applicants also need to pay an additional fee for psychological tests of Rp37,500 and insurance costs of Rp50,000.

For information, drivers who cannot show a valid driver's license will be subject to sanctions in accordance with Article 288 paragraph 2 of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation.

The maximum sanction that can be imposed is imprisonment for a maximum of one month or a maximum fine of Rp. 250,000.
