Seizure Of Lexus And Vellfire Harvey Moeis, Results Of Searching Sandra Dewi's Husband's House In West Jakarta

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) confiscated two luxury cars belonging to Harvey Moeis in handling a case of alleged corruption in the tin commodity trading system for the Mining Business Permit (IUP) of PT Timah Tbk from 2015 to 2022.

The confiscation was the result of a search at the house of the husband of Sandra Dewi who was in the West Jakarta area.

"A series of searches at houses affiliated with HM suspects in West Jakarta City. From this search, the investigative team managed to confiscate evidence of motorized vehicles," said Head of the AGO, Ketut Sumedana in a statement, Saturday, April 20.

The two luxury cars confiscated were Lexus RX300 and the Toyota Vellfire car. Allegedly, the vehicle was the result of a crime committed by Harvey Moeis.

In addition, investigators also confiscated two other cars belonging to the President Director of PT SBS, Robert Indarto, namely, Mercy and Toyota Zenix. Similarly, the luxury vehicle is strongly suspected to be the result of a tin corruption crime.

"The investigative team also confiscated evidence in the form of securities and motorized vehicles that were strongly suspected of being in contact or were the result of crimes from the suspect RI," said Ketut.

As a reminder, in handling this case, investigators have also searched Harvey Moeis' residence in the Pakubuwono area, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Monday, April 1. Rolls Royce and Mini Cooper cars were confiscated.

In addition, investigators also confiscated Rp76 billion in cash and precious metals. In fact, blocking several accounts of Harvey Moeis

"(The temporary confiscation) includes Rolls Royce and Mini Cooper cars," said the Director of Investigation of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the Attorney General's Office Kuntadi.
