Odd-Even Violators During The 2024 Eid Homecoming Flow Have 2 Weeks To Confirm ETLE

JAKARTA - The police have given a time limit for odd-even violators during the 2024 Eid homecoming and return flow to confirm the ETLE ticket.

Director of Traffic of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Latif Usman said that if the violators had not done it, then the blocking of Vehicle Registration Certificates (STNK) would be carried out.

"If there is no confirmation for 14 days, we will apply the blocking," Latif told reporters, quoted on Saturday, April 20.

Confirmation of violations can be carried out after receiving online ticket letters sent via SMS, email, and Whatsapp.

Furthermore, violators must pay fines as a sanction in accordance with Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation (LLAJ).

"We have started sending (a ticket) online," said Latif.

Meanwhile, in the implementation of odd-even, 8,725 vehicles were recorded to have violated these rules.

Thousands of vehicles that violated odd-even with details, 4,201 during the homecoming flow and 4,524 when the backflow. "The total number of odd-even violations (odd-even) was 8,725," said Latif.
