Holds Case Completed, Iptu AS Member Of Itwasda Polda NTB Becomes Suspect Of Persecution Of Wife

West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police (Polda) investigators have named the US Police Inspector One (Iptu) as a suspect in the alleged abuse of his wife.

"From the results of the case title, investigators named Iptu AS as a suspect for alleged mistreatment of his wife," said Head of Public Relations of the NTB Police, Kombes Pol. Rio Indra Lesmana in Mataram, Thursday, April 18, confiscated by Antara.

Based on the results of the case title, investigators named Iptu AS as a suspect by applying Article 44 paragraph (1) and/or paragraph (4) and/or Article 45 paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (PDKRT).

Melalui penetapan tersebut, Rio memastikan penyidikan dari kasus Iptu AS ini sedang dalam tahap perempuhan berkas di bawah penanganan Bidang Profesi dan Pengamanan (Bidpropam) Polda NTB.

Iptu AS is a member of the NTB Regional Supervision Inspectorate (Itwasda).

He was reported by his wife with the initials HA for the act of persecution that took place on Saturday, March 23, when Iptu AS returned home and met the victim.

The victim reported that her husband was in accordance with the Police Report Number: LP/B/39/III/2024/SPKT/POLDA NTB, dated March 23, 2024. The victim completed the report with the results of the post-mortem.
