BENGKULU - The District Attorney's Office (Kejari) Mukomuko immediately examined three witnesses in the investigation of the alleged corruption case in the construction of the local religious court building (PA) in 2023. "We are still continuing. We are still summoning witnesses who we need information here, later there will be three witnesses from the working group (pokja)," said Head of Pidsus Kejari Mukomuko Agung Malik Rahman Hakim accompanied by Kasi Intel Radiman in Mukomuko, Wednesday. The Aggung said this was related to the progress of the investigation of the alleged corruption case of the construction of the local religious court building (PA) in 2023. from a number of witnesses related to the alleged corruption case of the PA building construction, he said, witnesses from the pokja who have not been summoned at all because of the difficulty of travel distance. "We will write witnesses in Jakarta. We schedule an examination of three people who act as working as a working group in the construction activities of the PA building next week," he said. Investigator Kejari Mukomuko, said Agung, previously had visited a team of experts to ask them for their help in calculating the volume of the entire PA building. "We have checked volume on the building of the Religious Court. This has been carried out by a team of experts, and this check is the second time carried out by the same team of experts," he said.

Berdasarkan hasil pengecekan tim ahli telah diterima oleh penyidik Kejari Mukomuko, selanjutnya penyidik kejaksaan akan membeberkan kepada tim auditor kejaksaan.Ia mengatakan bahwa institusi telah melakukan tahapan-tahapan seperti pemeriksaan konsultan perencanaan dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya dalam kasus tersebut.Kejari Mukomuko, kata dia, sebelumnya telah memeriksa dua orang pegawai Pengadilan Agama Mukomuko yang bertindak sebagai pejabat pembuat komitmen (PPK) dan bendahara dalam proyek itu.
