Cikampek Toll Contraflow Towards Jakarta Is Again Implemented

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) has again implemented a "contraflow" system on the Cikampek Toll Road towards Jakarta from KM 70 to KM 47 after being stopped at 07.25 WIB.

"We again imposed a contraflow at 13.14 WIB on the discretion of the police," said Vice President (VP) Corporate Secretary and Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa toll road Ria Marlinda Paallo, quoted by ANTARA, Sunday, April 14.

The two-way contraflow starts from KM 70 to KM 47 towards Jakarta, the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road at 13.14 WIB.

"The implementation of the 'contraflow' system is to unravel the increase in traffic volume during the return flow period of Eid al-Fitr 1445 Hijri which occurred on the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road," he said.

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) has engineered vehicle traffic to Jakarta over the discretion of the Police.

"We urge road users to obey traffic signs and follow the directions of officers in the field," he said.
