WEY KANAN - A man on Way Kanan, Lampung, killed his twin brother who hurt his wife because of disagreements regarding Lebaran's clothes.

The victim died with cuts to the neck due to a machete slash. Before he died, the victim and the perpetrator were involved in a fight at their parents' house.

The tragic incident occurred in Mulya State Village, Gunung Labuhan District, Right Way, Lampung last Sunday at around 11.00 WIB. The two twin brothers involved in the deadly duel, namely Sri Hardiansyah and Sri Harmudin (29).

The deadly duel incident began when the perpetrator's wife Sri Hardiansyah gave her new clothes from her parents to Sri Harmudin. The victim took the new clothes and put them on the kitchen table, then immediately left the house. However, a few moments later the victim returned.

It is suspected that he did not accept that his brother-in-law handed over his new clothes, not his parents, the victim then slammed the glass and plates. The perpetrator's wife tried to approach the victim, but at that time the victim was angry. While holding a machete, the victim then strangled the perpetrator's wife and her child.

The perpetrator Sri Hardiansyah, who came home from work, was immediately furious when he saw his wife strangled by his twin brother while holding a machete.

At that time, the victim immediately released his strangulation while pushing the perpetrator until he fell. When the perpetrator fell, the victim intended to slash the perpetrator, but the perpetrator managed to stand up and immediately took a machete in the victim's hand.

Immediately, the perpetrator immediately slashed a machete once which hit the victim's front neck. Seeing the injured victim, the perpetrator then fled using a motorbike.

the victim, who is the twin sister of the perpetrator, has a temperamental nature and has often quarreled with the perpetrator.

Way Kanan Police Chief AKBP Pratomo Widodo said that after receiving the report and processing the crime scene (TKP), his party immediately pursued the suspect, until he was finally arrested in the North Lampung area.

"The victim died from injuries to the neck due to a machete from the perpetrator once," said Pratomo Widodo.

In this case, investigators confiscated evidence in the form of a machete and the clothes of the perpetrator and the victim used at the time of the incident. To undergo further investigation, the perpetrator is currently being held at the Way Kanan Police Station, Lampung
