Building Care, Tanah Abang Market Block A Closes Until April 21

JAKARTA - Tanah Abang Block A Market Manager Hery Supriyatna said Tanah Abang Market Block A closed for 10 April 21, 2024 for building maintenance and operational support equipment.

"Blok A Tanah Abang is closed from April 10'21, 2024," said Hery as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, April 10.

Hery said the shopping center's operational activities were automatically stopped until April 21.

When asked about the possibility of traders moving their operations, Hery emphasized that almost all buildings in Tanah Abang Market were not operating.

"Almost all the buildings in Tanah Abang (Pasar) are closed," he said.

The same applies to Tanah Abang Market Block B. Previously, the Pasar Jaya Regional Public Company (Perumda) opened the Tanah Abang Market building Block B until April 9, 2024 and closed for one week at the same time with Eid al-Fitr 2024.

Thus, the Tanah Abang Market Block B will only be closed on April 10-16, 2024.

Perumda Pasar Jaya Public Relations Manager Agus Lamun said the market building would resume operations as usual on April 17, 2024.
