KPK Prisoners Can Gather Families In Detention Centers During Eid Al-Fitr, Here's The Complete Schedule

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) provides facilities for its detainees to meet with the nuclear family during the moment of Eid al-Fitr 1445 Hijri. They can meet the nuclear family face to face for two hours and receive food delivery.

"Every celebration of the national religious day of the KPK branch detention center provides services in the form of facilitating to bring together and stay between nuclear families and detainees in the form of face-to-face visit services and receiving food delivery," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters in a written statement, Monday, April 8.

Schedule for visits to families of detainees at the KPK Detention Center during Eid al-Fitr 1445 Hijriah:

"Meanwhile, the schedule for receiving food starts at 08.00 WIB to 09.30 WIB," said Ali.

Ali reminded the families of the prisoners to obey the rules. In addition, they are reminded not to give anything to prison officials.

"The ranks of the KPK branch detention center do not accept any gifts, either money, goods and/or facilities from prisoners visitors, prisoners' families, legal advisors, and/or other people related to detainees," he said.

The families of detainees were also asked to immediately report if there were parties who asked for money or goods by claiming to be officers of the KPK Detention Center. "If (the family, ed) finds a finding of a KPK branch detention officer who asks for, extorts, and forces him to immediately report to the KPK Public Complaints," concluded Ali.
