Active Circle Survey Results: Imam Budi Hartono No Opponents In Depok, PKS Back In Success?

JAKARTA - University of Indonesia (UI) alumni members of the Activists Circle issued the results of a survey of the 2024 Depok mayor candidate as a result of the highest electability of Imam Budi Hartono.

"Number one Imam Budi Hartono at 48.50 percent, then Pradi Supriatna at 19.63 percent, third, Farabi El Fouz 9.38 percent," said UI Head of the Activists Circle, Dr Askar Triwiyanto in Depok, Monday, April 8.

Imam Budi Hartono currently serves as Deputy Mayor of Depok as well as Chairman of the Depok City PKS DPD, Pradi Supriatna, Chairman of the Depok City Gerindra Party DPC and Farabi El Fouz, Chairman of the Depok City Golkar Party DPD.

Furthermore, fourth, Babai Suhaimi 7.75 percent, fifth, Hafid Nasir 5.75 percent and finally Supian Suri 1.63 percent, while 7.36 percent of them chose not to know or did not answer.

Askar Triwiyanto explained that in the results of a survey submitted by the UI Activist Circle, a public survey was conducted, entitled 'Survey of Ideal Leaders of Depok 2024', which was held on March 30, 2024 - April 3, 2024, involving 800 respondents.

He said it was taken from all sub-districts in Depok City, using the Multistage Proportional Random Sampling method for the number of Depok DPTs aged 17 years and over or married, with a margin of error of 3.46 percent and a confidence level of 95 percent and a quality control of 20 percent of the existing sample.

Respondents, he said, were asked questions about electability, about the criteria for ideal leaders for Depok City in the future, respondents were asked questions about the nature of the expected leaders.

"The question reads, what are the most important properties that you think are owned by the upcoming mayor or deputy mayor of Depok, which will cause you to choose him," he said.

From the survey results, the priority of first place is 30.5 percent of Depok residents want honest and clean leaders, 24.5 percent perform well and excel, 12.8 percent are close to the people.

"Then 11.5 percent have experience, 5.6 percent are in accordance with the party of choice and the rest answer others such as authoritative, intelligent, religious, and so on.
