Airlangga Opens Up, Jokowi's Directions To 4 Ministers Before Facing The Presidential Election Dispute Session

Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto was outspoken about President Joko Widodo or Jokowi's direction to him and three other ministers who would testify at the General Election Result Dispute (PHPU) trial at the Constitutional Court. Jokowi is said to have asked his ministers to explain everything the court needed. "The president's directive is explained clearly," Airlangga told reporters, Friday, April 5. However, regarding the special direction from Jokowi, Airlangga emphasized that there was no such thing. All ministers are only asked to explain after their respective functions. "The directives in particular do not exist. They are explained according to the duties of each and the functions of each minister, yes," said Airlangga. As is known, the Constitutional Court Panel of Judges summoned four ministers of Jokowi today regarding the lawsuit against the results of the 2024 presidential election. They include Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture (Menko PMK) Muhadjir Effendy, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani and Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini.

The ministers were summoned for questioning by the Constitutional Court judge regarding the lawsuit filed by the Anies-Muhaimin camp and the Ganjar-Mahfud camp. Both of them sued the results of the 2024 presidential election to the Constitutional Court because they felt a lot of fraud.
