Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture (Menko PMK) Muhadjir Effendy emphasized his involvement in the distribution of social assistance (bansos) based on Presidential Regulation (Perpres).
In Presidential Decree number 35 of 2020 it is stipulated the duties of the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture, one of which is the distribution of social assistance.
"Regarding our involvement in the distribution of social assistance and the distribution of CPP rice food assistance, it is in accordance with the duties of the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture as regulated in Presidential Decree number 35 of 2020, namely coordinating, synchronizing, and controlling government administration in the fields of human development and culture," said Muhadjir in the General Election Result Dispute (PHPU) trial at the Constitutional Court (MK), Friday, April 5.
