JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court (PN) has scheduled a verdict for the illegal possession of firearms (senpi), which dragged businessman Dito Mahendra on Thursday, April 4, 2024.

The certainty of reading the verdict of the former celebrity lover of Nindy Ayunda was conveyed by the South Jakarta District Court Public Relations official, Djuyamto.

"It is planned at 11.00 (WIB)," said Djuyamto via text message on Thursday, April 4 morning

Previously, the public prosecutor (JPU) stated that Dito was found guilty of violating Article 1 paragraph (1) of the Emergency Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 1951 concerning possession of firearms.

Dito is threatened with a prison sentence of 1 year in prison and a reduced prison term. The discovery of illegal firearms at Dito's residence was revealed when investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) conducted a search in March 2023.

The KPK conducted a search related to Dito's status as one of the witnesses in the money laundering case (TPPU) by the former Secretary of the Supreme Court (MA), Nurhadi.
