Ganjar's Camp Asks The National Police Chief To Witness The Presidential Election Session, Commission III Of The DPR: Go Ahead

JAKARTA - Commission III of the DPR RI has invited the Constitutional Court (MK) to summon the National Police Chief Gen. Pol Listyo Sigit Prabowo as a witness in the trial of the 2024 Presidential Election case. Previously, the Deputy for Legal Team for National Winning (TPN) Ganjar-Mahfud, Todung Mulya Lubis, revealed that his party proposed the National Police Chief General, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, to provide a statement at the hearing on the case of Dispute on the General Election Results (PHPU) of the 2024 Presidential Election. "We asked the Chairman of the Assembly to present the Chief of Police at the next trial," said Todung when met at the Constitutional Court Building, Jakarta, Tuesday, April 2.
