JAKARTA - The fluctuation of conflict in the Democratic Party is getting hotter after one cadre by one until the founders declare their support for the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) which will be held in the middle of this month.

The war became more open after the former cadre who was fired by the Chairman of the Democratic Party, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) exposed historical facts. Starting from Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) not the founder of the Democratic party to changing party rules in order to pave the way for his eldest son to become a party leader bearing the mercy star logo.

In fact, the KLB plan was planned long before AHY was projected as a special event. This plan arose due to the disappointment of the founders and cadres who saw SBY's disturbing behavior. One of them is changing the AD / ART unilaterally without the knowledge of the majority of cadres.

Outbreak plan before AHY becomes Ketum

One of the founders of the Democrat Party, Hencky Luntung, said that the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) had been planned six months before the congress to appoint Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) as the chairman, on the grounds of saving the party.

"We didn't just talk, but six months before the congress we talked about. At that time it was in Simatupang, before AHY was elected," said Hencky at a press conference in Mega Kuningan, Jakarta, Saturday, February 27.

Hencky said, from the start, his party supported the KLB to be held openly. However, he said, there were parties that closed the opportunity for other parties to lead the Democrats. He did not explain who the party in question was.

"Those who state that the KLB should be carried out openly. We have already done that. But because they feel great, they closed the door for other people to participate in the battle as chairman," he said.

Outbreak, Cadre Disappointment after SBY Changed AD / ART

The former Deputy Chairman of the Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of the East Kalimantan Democratic Party, Rahmadi Kasim, finally opened his voice regarding the chaos of the implementation of the Extraordinary Congress (KLB). According to him, the condition of the party is getting worse with the image of the Democratic Party as a dynastic party.

Moreover, he said, since the Democrat Party was led by Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), the party rules have deviated from the provisions of the Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD / ART).

"From SBY leading as General Chair, it was followed by his son Mas AHY. The organizational structure deviates from the provisions of the AD / ART," said Rahmadi Kasim in his statement, Wednesday, March 3.

Rahmadi admitted that he once sued Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) when he was chairman of the civil society at the Central Jakarta District Court. Because it is suspected of having unilaterally changed the results of the decision of the Democratic Party's 4th Congress. There are indications that SBY wants to control and confirm that the PD will become a family party.

"When I demanded it and proceeded to court, finally it was corrected in the expanded Rakernas in Mataram, meaning that what I demanded is true," he explained.

In addition, according to him, oddities also occurred in the 2020 Congress, which only discussed the succession of the general chairman, but there were no Commission discussions concerning organization and regeneration. Then at that time suddenly appeared again the AD / ART being made outside the Congress.

"We want to straighten out the reactions that have emerged in areas like Kalimantan, of course, they asked that if it could not be discussed, in the KLB. That means this KLB is full of support from the undercurrents," said Rahmadi.

In fact, if they turn backward, a number of cadres have also sued the Chairman of the Democratic Party, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY), to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkum HAM). SBY was accused of violating Law Number 2 of 2011 concerning political parties, article 5 paragraphs 1 and 2 for unilaterally changing the party's statutes after the Democratic Congress in Surabaya in 2015.

Afterwards, Democrat Party cadre Sahat Saragih asked the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights to freeze activities in his party.

"We ask that the AD / ART be frozen because it is not the result of the congress. So what was registered was not the result of the congress but the changes made by Pak SBY," said Sahat in Jakarta, Wednesday, April 26, 2017.

SBY, The First Person to Conduct a Coup in the Democrats

It is known that the Democratic Party disrespectfully fired 7 cadres. One person who did not accept the forced dismissal eventually reported AHY to the court with a lawsuit against the law. Namely, Jhoni Allen Marbun who later also exposed SBY's 'rottenness'.

Jhoni Allen Marbun accused SBY of being the real person who carried out the coup within the Democratic party. The coup was carried out by SBY against the former Democratic Chief of Staff Anas Urbaningrum, who at that time was caught in a corruption case.

"Who is the person who has coup the Democrat Party? Let us open the historical facts. When Anas Urbaningrum was elected as Chairman of the Democratic Party at the second congress in Bandung in 2010, on his way Anas stumbled over a legal problem," said Jhoni.

When Anas stumbled on a legal case, SBY carried out a coup. SBY took Anas' power by forming a praesidium.

"But not yet a suspect status, SBY as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Democratic Party and also the President of the Republic of Indonesia took power to head Anas Urbaningrum by forming a presidium in which the chairman is SBY, deputy chairman of Anas Urbaningrum who no longer has a function in running the wheels of the Democratic Party as a ketum," he explained.

After Anas became a suspect in a corruption case, Jhoni said, SBY returned to building a strategy in the 2013 party outbreak. SBY asked Jhoni to persuade Marzuki Alie not to come forward as a ketum. SBY was said to have promised that he only wanted to continue Anas's leadership.

"This is the coup that occurred within the Democratic Party after Anas became a suspect. There was the first outbreak or third congress of the Democratic Party in Bali in 2013 to continue Anas's remaining leadership until 2015," said Jhoni.

In the Democrat congress in Surabaya, according to him, SBY also engineered the congress so that he became the sole candidate for a caketum. He said the former Democratic Chairperson had broken promises to all Democratic party cadres.

SBY's engineering made the dynasty party's Democrats

Jhoni Allen also revealed that SBY had manipulated the fifth party congress which established AHY as a ketum. At that time, there was no discussion of congress rules.

"Furthermore, at the fifth congress, March 15, 2020 in Senayan, Jakarta, SBY again manipulated the congress procedures that were not as appropriate as they should be. The discussion of the procedural rules was not carried out where one of the contents discussed the terms and procedures for selecting ketum," said Jhoni.

In the congress, said Jhoni, SBY did not submit his accountability report as a ketum. Then during the congress, participants who did not have the right to vote were expelled from the area where the congress was held.

Then, the 6th President of the Republic of Indonesia was also accused of designing the entire DPD chairmen to encourage AHY to become ketum so that acclamation could be achieved.

"Furthermore, SBY designed the heads of DPD throughout Indonesia to declare AHY as a ketum, that is what they call an acclamation. That's why AHY being at the top of a mountain has never climbed. Therefore, AHY as a chairman did not know how to go down the mountain so his father, SBY, who I respect, being down the mountain. This is what is called a leadership crisis, "explained Jhoni.
