21 Pati TNI AD Meningkat, Wakasad Sandang Bintang Tiga

Army Chief Of Staff General Maruli in the promotion of TNI (Ist) members

JAKARTA - A total of 21 high-ranking TNI AD officers (Pati) received their promotion to the Army Chief of Staff (Kasad) General Maruli Simanjuntak at the Army Headquarters (Mabesad), Jakarta, on Wednesday 27 March. One of them is Deputy Chief of Army Staff (Wakasad) Lt. Gen. Tandyo Budi Revita, who now officially holds the rank of three stars.

Apart from Wakasad, high-ranking officers became Lieutenant General TNI (three stars) and served in the TNI AD structure including Lt. Gen. Erwin Djatniko, (Irjenad) and Lt. Gen. Mochammad Syafei Kasno, (Danpusterad). In addition, six Pati were promoted to Major General (two stars), including Major General TNI Drajad Brima Yoga, (Asintel Kasad), Major General TNI Adisura Firdaus Tarigan (Aslog Kasad), Major General TNI Djon Afriandi, (Danjen Kopassus), Major General Dr. Achmad Budi Handoyo, M. Tr (Kapusbekapad), Major General TNI Windiyatno (Dansecapaad), and Major General TNI Jamalluluel, (Pa Sahli Tk III Kasad Bid. Intekmil and Cyber).

Pati who served in the TNI AD structure and was promoted to Brigadier General TNI including Brigadier General Boemi Ario Bimo (Danpusdikter Pusterad), Brigadier General Erdi Ekawidjajanto Arif, (Danpusdikarmed Pussenarmed), Brigadier General Suwandi, (Ir Pusziad), Brigadier General Hartum Sadmaja (Dircab Pushubad), and Brigadier General dr. Djanuar Fitriadi, Sp.B (Dircab Puskesad).

Pati who served outside the TNI AD structure also reported his promotion, including Major General TNI Suratno, (Expert of Bid Teachers. Lemhanas Economy), Major General TNI Maryono (Pa Sahli Tk II Bid Ekkudang Panglima TNI), Major General Budi Eko Mulyono, (Wadan Sesko TNI), Brigadier General Heri Abdriyadi, (Han) (Dekan Bid Deputy. Academic Student at the Faculty of Science and Technology of the Defense University), Brigadier General Harri Dolli Hutabarat (Vice Director of Finance Bid Unhan and Postsarjana Unhan), Brigadier General Hamdie Bey Anwar (Ka Otmili II Jakarta Babinkum TNI) and Brigadier General Dr. Erson Sinambela, (Ka Dilmilti III Surabaya Supreme Court).

In his mandate, Kasad revealed that promotion is a mandate and responsibility, as well as the first step to improve and make the Army better in the future.

"Hopefully this promotion will make the generals able to create great works in the future, and hopefully this will be the beginning of our steps to be better in the future," said Kasad.
