Bogor City Police Chief Kombes Bismo Teguh Prakoso revealed that the owner of the plastic waste warehouse with the initials M (49 years old) had been investigated by the police.
Bismo said M is a collector of plastic waste such as jerry cans, cans, and cans. One of the plastic waste that M collects comes from the soap at home industry in Citeureup, Bogor Regency.

Currently, said Bismo, his party has coordinated with the Bogor City Environment Agency (DLH) which is conducting laboratory tests of the remaining liquid found from the plastic abundance warehouse.
"If there is a dangerous content of the waste, of course if it violates the law, we will check it further," he said.
Bismo said that for this incident, his party used Article 104 of Law 32/2009 on environmental protection.
