Anies-Ganjar Asks For The Presidential Election To Be Repeated, Gibran: Does It Ask To Be Repeated Until It Wins?

Surakarta Mayor who is also vice presidential number 2 Gibran Rakabuming Raka asked back when responding to the request of the Anies-Cak Imin and Ganjar-Mahfud camps for the presidential election to be repeated in the lawsuit to the Constitutional Court (MK).

"For example, it will be repeated later, then the champion loses, what do you ask to repeat it again. Do you ask to repeat it until you win," said Gibran, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, March 25.

Gibran invites parties who are not satisfied with the results of the 2024 General Election to process it through existing channels.

"The one from candidate pair one and candidate pair three, if there are things that are not pleasing, there is already a path for each," he said.

Asked about the re-election request submitted by Anies-Cak Imin and Ganjar-Mahfud, Gibran again requested that it be resolved through constitutional channels.

"If number 1, number 3, there are things that are not pleasing, please process them through existing routes," he said.

Previously, the winning team for the 2024 Presidential Election number one Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar and number three Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD sued the results of the 2024 presidential election to the Constitutional Court.

Both asked Prabowo-Gibran to be disqualified from the 2024 presidential election.
