Police Officers Shoot Debt Collectors Become Fugitives From The South Sumatra Police

PALEMBANG - South Sumatra Police asked Aiptu FN to surrender after allegedly stabbing and shooting a debt collector or debt collector at the PSx Mall parking lot on Pom IX Street, District, Ilir Barat I, Palembang City. Currently, the reported fugitive status.

This was conveyed by the Director of the General Criminal Investigation Directorate of the South Sumatra Police, after assigning Samapta members of the Lubuklinggau Police, Aiptu FN, to the wanted list (DPO).

Direskrimum Polda Sumsel, Kombes Anwar Reksowidjojo said the pursuit was being carried out against the perpetrator Aiptu FN for questioning and processing according to applicable law.

"This pursuit was carried out by members of the South Sumatra Police Direskrimum with the help of the South Sumatra Police and Propam Polda," he said, Monday, March 25.

The police took action after receiving a report from Dira Oktasari (43), the wife of the debt collector named Deddi Zuheransyah who was the victim of the shooting and stabbing. The alleged perpetrator Aiptu F is subject to Article 351 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code with a penalty of 5 years in prison.

"From the video circulating and the report of the victim's wife Aiptu F, Article 351 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code is subject to a penalty of 5 years in prison," he said.
