Blind Piggy, Motorcycle Gang In Cirebon Persecutes Fried Food Seller Just For Recording

JAKARTA - The Cirebon City Police (Polres), West Java Regional Police, arrested four motorcycle gang members who were assaulting fried food traders, and the video was viral on social media.

"The suspects (motorcycle gang) we have arrested are four people," said Head of Cirebon City Police AKBP Imron Ermawan in Cirebon, as reported by Antara, Tuesday, March 2.

Imron said the four suspects arrested had the initials HS (21), ME (18), HSU (19) and LV (22), the four suspects were members of a motorcycle gang.

The act of persecution carried out by them was because the victim tried to capture the moment the motorbike gangs were in a convoy around BAT Cirebon City.

Feeling uncomfortable, continued Imron, the four members immediately tortured the victim who was a fried food trader around the area until he was injured.

"The suspect did not accept it. The victim recorded the convoy action that he was carrying out, so he immediately carried out the abuse," he said.

The suspects, said Imron, at the time of the incident were in a convoy using more than 100 vehicles. At the time the victim was at the location, he tried to capture the moment.

Because continued Imron, at the time of the convoy, many of them violated health protocols and did not wear helmets.

The beating incident also went viral on social media, so that the Cirebon City Police immediately hunted down the perpetrators and in less than 24 hours, they could be arrested.

"After it went viral, we immediately ordered the Satreskrim to move quickly to arrest the suspects," he said.

For their actions, the four suspects are subject to Article 170 of the Criminal Code with a maximum imprisonment of seven years.
