JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will soon appoint the Acting Head of the Detention Center to replace Achmad Fauzi who was detained because he was caught in a illegal levy (extortion) case. This position will not be left vacant for a long time.

Ghufron has not yet mentioned the person who will replace Achmad Fauzi. It is the Secretary General (Sekjen) of the KPK Cahya H. Harefa who will take care of it.

Previously reported, 15 KPK employees were officially announced as suspects in the prison extortion case and detained. They include the Head of the KPK Detention Center Achmad Fauzi, former Acting KPK Karutan Deden Rochendi and Ristanta, and Hengki who are ex-Kamtib Rutan.
