Meet The Minister Of Finance, Minister Of ATR/Head Of BPN Bahas Perksmbangan Program Strategis

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) held a meeting with the Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani Indrawati at Djuanda I Building, Ministry of Finance on Friday 15 March.

AHY said that the Ministry of ATR/BPN itself has determined the achievement targets for strategic programs, including in Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL).

As of 2023, 111 million land parcels have been registered. The target is to reach 120 million plots of land in 2024. So there are still nine million plots of land being pursued. And we need support, so we have conveyed it to Mrs. Sri Mulyani," he said in a statement to the media quoted on Saturday, March 16.

He further explained that currently the Ministry of ATR/BPN is pursuing the achievement of the preparation of a Detailed Spatial Planning (RDTR) with a total target of 2,000 RDTRs throughout Indonesia.

"Currently, out of 2,000 targets, around 436 RDTRs have been achieved. Of course this takes time and budget support. We have also conveyed this," said AHY.

In addition, the Ministry of ATR/BPN also continues to strive to complete land registration in districts and cities so that it can create a complete Regency/City.

This complete city/regency is a complete city or district (all areas of the land) and is interpreted. We want to pursue 104 Regencies/Cities Complete throughout Indonesia, currently 13 Regencies/Cities Complete," continued AHY.

On the same occasion, AHY is also committed to eradicating the land mafia. He said that the action to eradicate the land mafia through the Land Mafia Task Force was not only to provide justice for the people, but also succeeded in saving potential state financial losses of up to around Rp. 13 trillion.

Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani Indrawati herself at the meeting stated that the Ministry of ATR/BPN had conveyed a fairly good budget performance, especially in terms of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) which was achieved exceeding the target.

"Hopefully Mas Agus and the ranks of the Ministry of ATR/BPN can maintain good performance because this is very important to build Indonesia's foundations in the future," he said.
