Kejari Dompu Sita Documents From The Search Of The Office Of The Health Office And BPKAD

The Dompu District Attorney's Investigation Team, West Nusa Tenggara confiscated a number of documents from the results of a search at the Dompu Health Office (Dinkes) and the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Dompu.

"The search by the investigative team at two locations at the Health Office and BPKAD today has been confiscated by a number of documents," said Head of the Dompu Kejari,larombson Carel Williams, as reported by ANTARA, Friday, March 15.

The confiscated documents are related to the handling of the alleged corruption case of the construction project at the Dompu City Health Center for the 2021 fiscal year.

"The search took place from 10.00 WITA to 16.30 WITA," he said.

Investigators will study the confiscated documents to trace the strengthening of evidence.

The Dompu City Health Center construction project was revealed to be running using APBD funds. The distribution of work through the Dompu Health Office.

The project implementer is PT Citra Andika Utama, which is based in Bima Regency. The company carried out a project with a contract value of Rp7.95 billion from a budget ceiling of Rp8.05 billion.

Investigators have determined that this case is being investigated based on the findings of unlawful acts that lead to allegations of corruption, one of which is related to inflating the price of building materials.
