President Jokowi Signs PP On THR And 13th Salary Of State Apparatus

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo Widodo signed Government Regulation Number 14 of 2024 concerning the Provision of Holiday Allowances and Thirteenth Salaries to State Apparatus, Retirement, Retirement Recipients and Recipients of Allowances in 2024.Based on a copy of the Government Regulation seen on the jdih.setneg.go,id page, in the PP it was stated that the government provides holiday allowances (THR) and the thirteenth of 2024 salaries to state officials, retirees, pension recipients and allowance recipients as a form of appreciation for the service to the nation and state by paying attention to the country's financial capabilities. The state apparatus in question are civil servants (PNS) and PNS candidates, Government Employees with Work Agreement (PPPK), TNI soldiers, members and state officials. State apparatus also includes deputy ministers, special staff within the ministry/institution, the board of KPK supervisors, leadership and members of the DPRD, ad hoc judges, leaders and members of non-structural institutions, leaders of the Public Service Agency/Regional Public Service Agency, leaders of Public Broadcasting Institutions consisting of supervisory and directors. In the PP it is also stated that THR and its thirteenth salary sourced from the APBN consist of basic salary; family allowances; food allowances or general allowances; THR and the thirteen salaries sourced from the APBD consist of basic salary; family allowances; food allowances or general allowances; additional income is at most as much as received in one month.THR and the thirteenth salary for special staff within the ministry/institution and officials whose financial rights or administrative rights are equivalent or at the ministerial level, deputy ministers, high leadership officials or supervisors, are given at most as much as THR and the thirteenth salary given to officials at the level of their financial rights. Meanwhile, THR for CPNS consists of 80 percent of the basic salary of civil servants; family allowances; food allowances; general allowances and performance allowances.
