The General Election Commission (KPU) added Riau and West Papua to the plenary meeting to recapitulate the results of calculating the vote acquisition for the 2024 General Election at the national level at the KPU, Jakarta.

The KPU today held a recapitulation of vote count in two panels on the 15th day of the plenary meeting to recapitulate the results of the national level 2024 election vote count.

It is known, in Panel A it contains Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Provinces, while Panel B is East Java Province.

Based on the national recapitulation as of Saturday (9/3) to date (13/3), the Indonesian KPU has ratified the vote acquisition for the presidential election at nineteen provinces at the national level; namely the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Gorontalo, Central Kalimantan, Bali, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, West Kalimantan, South Sumatra, Central Java.

Then DKI Jakarta, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, Riau Islands, East Nusa Tenggara, Banten, North Kalimantan, East Java, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi.

The recapitulation process for the vote acquisition tally leaves 19 more provinces out of 38 provinces that have been calculated. According to KPU Regulation Number 3 of 2022, the recapitulation of the 2024 General Election is scheduled to take place from February 15 to March 20, 2024.
