Former Chairman Of The KPK Agus Rahardjo Lapor Bawaslu Regarding The Obtaining Of Votes Changed Drastically In Madura

JAKARTA - Candidates for legislative members (caleg) of the DPD RI for the Electoral Region (Dapil) of East Java (East Java) Agus Rahardjo said he had reported allegations that election fraud had been received by the Indonesian Bawaslu.

"It's the same with the chairman directly. The chairman of the Indonesian Bawaslu (Rahmat Bagja)," said Agus at the Indonesian Bawaslu Building, Jakarta, Wednesday, March 13, which was confiscated by Antara.

The former chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said that the Chairman of the Indonesian Bawaslu Rahmat Bagja was committed to following up on reports of alleged fraud.

"The chairman of the Indonesian Bawaslu also said that he would follow up," he said.

On that occasion, Agus also discussed the alleged fraud in the 2024 General Election for the election of the DPD RI for the East Java electoral district with Bagja.

"As I convey to all of you, there are irregularities regarding the deviation, not only administration and procedures, but the deviation has led to an election crime," he said.

Meanwhile, Agus emphasized that he did not pursue an escape to Senayan (DPD RI), but reporting allegations of fraud related to the drastic change between C1 and D as a result of his vote in the Madura region, East Java.

"Actually, from the start I said I didn't have to pursue me, but it would be nice if this was an opportunity to improve in Madura," he said.

He said he would report to the Honorary Council of Election Organizers (DKPP) on Thursday, March 14.

Previously, Agus said that his report to the Indonesian Bawaslu was different from when he reported it to the East Java Bawaslu.

"There is evidence that exceeds the evidence we brought to East Java," he said.

He explained that the evidence, such as the Model C1 form and the Model D Result form, had a lot of data changed.

"For example, yes, the C1 13 legislative candidates got all (noise). Later in D, only three people will get it," he said.

Agus then said that he had taken samples of alleged fraud in the DPD RI Election in the East Java electoral districts from three districts on Madura Island, namely Pamekasan, Sampang, and Sumenep.

"At that time, there were only three villages. Now in fact, three districts are then sampling showing drastic changes between C1 and D results, yes, benefiting only a few people," he said.

Based on form D, the results of the provincial-level vote recapitulation, legislative candidate Ahmad Nawardi won 3.28 million votes and won the most votes for the DPD RI in the East Java electoral district.

The second position is occupied by AA LaNyalla Mahmud Mattalitti with 3.13 million votes, followed by Lia Istifhama with 2.74 million votes, and Kondang Kusumaning Ayu with 2.54 million votes. Meanwhile, Agus Rahardjo took fifth place with 1.84 million votes.

In the 2024 General Election, the DPD RI for the East Java electoral district will pass four legislative candidates with the highest votes.
