Ahead Of Ramadan, South Jakarta Police Holds Large-Scale Raids At JLNT Casablanca

JAKARTA - Ahead of Ramadan, the South Jakarta Metro Police held a large-scale raid at JLNT Casablanca, Tebet, South Jakarta. The target is illegal racing.

A total of 250 personnel consisting of elements of the National Police, the TNI, Satpol PP, and the Jakarta Selata Transportation Service were deployed.

This activity is actually a routine activity from the South Jakarta Police, but it happens to be carried out ahead of the holy month of Ramadan, South Jakarta Metro Police Ops Head, AKBP Budi told reporters, Sunday, March 10, early in the morning.

Budi said that for violators who were caught, a ticket would be given. However, if the documents are incomplete, the vehicle will be taken to the South Jakarta Metro Police.

"The sanctions we give first, if the documents are complete, the violators are subject to a ticket. However, if the letters are incomplete, we will take them to the command of the vehicle," he said.

On his occasion, he hoped that this activity would be able to maintain the comfort of its citizens. Especially in carrying out the holy month of Ramadan.

"It is hoped that the residents of South Jakarta can carry out worship smoothly and safely," he concluded
