Robiansyah, a young resident of Johar Baru, Central Jakarta, was arrested by residents after being caught stealing a cellphone at a house on Jalan Merpati, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta. The perpetrator admitted to carrying out the theft when he was drunk with glue.

This theft was caught by the victim's relative who was surprised to see the perpetrator at home holding someone else's cellphone. Suddenly the victim's relative immediately arrested the perpetrator and secured him at the RW 12 Post, Buaran, Klender, Duren Sawit.

Arriving at the 12 Klender RW Post, the perpetrator only looked down and admitted his actions.

"Entering someone's house, because I didn't get money from busking. Money to buy (lem) disgrace and medicine for the mother (the perpetrator's parents). I just got drunk with glue," the perpetrator told reporters, Friday, March 8.

In addition, the perpetrator also gave up when he saw members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Duren Sawit Police came to pick him up.

Meanwhile, from the testimony of eyewitnesses to the incident, Iqbal said that when the incident began, the occupants of the house fell asleep. Then, the front door of the house is easy to open because it has not been locked.

"There is a cat coming in, the door is open while people are sleeping. I came out there were people outside, I immediately arrested foreigners," he said.

The perpetrator and the evidence were then brought to the Duren Sawit Police. Meanwhile, the perpetrator is still not focused because he is affected by glue vapor.
