During Ramadan THM In Bogor Is Closed And Residents Are Prohibited From Holding SOTR

Bogor Mayor Bima Arya asked the Night Entertainment Place (THM) in the Bogor City area to be closed during the holy month of Ramadan.

Meanwhile, this is a decision taken annually by the Bogor City Government (Pemkot).

"Yes, as usual. Yes, it's routine if entertainment venues are routine every year, they can't be different, they can't slack off," said Bima Arya, Friday, March 8.

Even with Saur On The Road (SOTR) activities, the Mayor of Bogor prohibits residents from carrying out SOTR activities.

"It's never allowed as long as I'm mayor, it's never allowed, there's no change about that," said Bima Arya.

However, the Mayor of Bogor explained, currently the focus of his party is trying to stabilize the price of basic necessities ahead of Ramadan.

"What we have to work hard now is to monitor the stability of basic food prices, the markets are mandatory," he said.

"We will work hard to monitor it, so that we can coordinate when there is a shortage of stock or soaring prices, we will focus on it," said Bima Arya.
