Data On KJMU Recipients Chaotic, PDIP: As Bad As Pak Anies Still Wants To Hear, If Mr. Heru We Are Not Sued

JAKARTA - Member of Commission E of the DKI Jakarta DPRD from the PDIP faction, Ima Mahdiah assessed that the problem of the chaotic data on recipients of the Jakarta Superior Student Card (KJMU) was caused by the attitude of the Acting Governor (Pj) of DKI Jakarta who was indifferent to the aspirations of the community. Now, many students complain that they are no longer registered as recipients of KJMU assistance due to the new data collection mechanism in 2024. In fact, Ima admitted that Commission E in charge of the welfare of the people had reminded the ranks of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to anticipate the problem of inappropriate aid recipients. "Zaman Heru, he is not sensitive, does not understand (problems) downstream. In fact, my friends and friends at the Commission often convey that the conditions of the community are like this," said Ima to reporters, Thursday, March 7. Ima also compared Heru's attitude with former DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan. During leading Jakarta for the 2017-2022 period, Anies was often criticized by PDIP for his policies. However, Ima views Anies still listening to input or criticism from the DPRD. "Indeed, as bad as Mr. Anies, he still wants to hear if we give suggestions even though I (PDIP Faction) opposition is the same as him. One factor of revocation of KJMU's acceptance rights is the result of the listing of assets or vehicles owned by each student family. Ima sees that this method is not yet effective in categorizing each person's social-economic capabilities. Because, it could be that other people paint the KTP or KK data concerned as the owner of the asset.

Actually, the DPRD has reminded the DKI Provincial Government not to use asset or vehicle ownership data to be matched in the database of education aid recipients. However, the input was not considered by Heru. "Still in the right ear, left ear, yes. In fact, what I propose is what happens in the community.
