JAKARTA - Former Member III of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), Achsanul Qosasi will undergo the first trial of the alleged corruption case in the provision of Base Transceiver Station (BTS) 4G infrastructure and supporting infrastructure packages 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, today. Based on the Case Investigation Information System or SIPP of the Central Jakarta District Court, the trial of the case registered with number 26/Pid.Sus-TPK/2024/PN Jkt.Pst will be held around 10.00 WIB. "The first hearing (of the indictment reading)," wrote SIPP of the Central Jakarta District Court quoted Thursday, March 7. It is planned that the trial for the suspect Achsanul Qosasi will be held in the Prof. Dr. H. Muhammad Hatta Ali. In the trial later, not only Achsanul Qosasi will be tried. In the case of alleged corruption in the provision of Base Transceiver Station (BTS) 4G infrastructure, Achsanul Qosasi is the 16th suspect named by the Attorney General's investigator for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) Kejagung. Achsanul Qosasi is suspected of receiving Rp40 billion. The receipt was through an intermediary, namely Sadikin Rusli.

The money was handed over by other 4G BTS cases, Irwan Hermawan and Windi Purnama. The money was given so that Achsanul Qosasi conditioned the results of the 4G BTS project audit In this case, Achsanul Qosasi and Sadikin Rusli were charged with Article 15 or Article 12B or Article 5 paragraph (1) of the Corruption Eradication Law or Article 5 paragraph (1) of the Law on the Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering or Money Laundering.
