The Central Jakarta Metro Police have again deployed joint forces to secure Jokowi's impeachment demonstration from a number of elements of society in front of the DPR/MPR RI building, Tanah Abang District, Central Jakarta on Tuesday, March 5.

"The National Police deployed 3,929 joint personnel from Polda Metro Jaya, Polres ranks of PMJ, TNI, DKI Regional Government and related agencies," said Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Susatyo Purnomo Condro when confirmed, Tuesday, March 5.

Thousands of joint personnel will later be placed at a number of points around the DPR/MPR RI building.

"We anticipate by preparing a number of personnel to provide security and prevent the mass of action from entering the DPR/MPR RI area," he said.

The police chief emphasized that all personnel involved in security should always act persuasively, not be provoked, prioritize negotiations, services and humaneism.

"We urge corlaps and orators to conduct speeches in a polite manner and not provoke the masses. Respect and respect other road users who will pass in front of the DPR/MPR RI Building," he said.

Meanwhile, the closure of traffic flows around the DPR/MPR RI will be carried out situationally.

"Traffic flow engineering will be implemented to see the dynamics of the situation on the ground," he said.
