Mayyor Teddy graduated from Taruna Nusantara High School, Magelang, Central Java. After studying at Taruna High School he continued his military education at the Military Academy (Akmil) and successfully graduated in 2011.

His career in the Indonesian military was quite smooth. Initially, he was the first officer of the Red Beret Corps. However, in 2014 when he was still a Lieutenant One (Lettu) he was selected to be President Jokowi's assistant aide in the early period of his leadership, namely 2014 to 2019.

After his tenure as an aide was completed, Teddy resumed his military education in the United States (US) and the results were quite proud. Teddy successfully received the Tab Ranger which indicated he passed the qualification to become an elite army of the United States Army.

Please note that Ranger School is a school program that elected military soldiers can follow. The school has a very strict selection system while having a fairly low graduation rate.

Not only that, Teddy also won the title of the best graduate of the US Army Infantry School in Fort Benning, United States. He managed to get the title of International Honor Graduate from 185 other student officers.

Upon his return from the United States, Teddy, who is now a Major, was appointed as aide to Prabowo Subianto (2020) who served as Minister of Defense in the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet led by President Joko Widodo.
