Principal Of Binus Serpong School Absent From Investigation

TANGERANG - Head of Public Relations of the South Tangerang Police, AKP Wendi, said that the Principal of Binus School BSD Serpong School, South Tangerang was absent from the investigation regarding allegations of bullying involving his students.

"The school's agenda is the principal but until this afternoon the witness has not been present," Wendi told reporters at the South Tangerang Police, Wednesday, February 28.

Meanwhile, Wendi explained that apart from examining the school, the investigative team also took witness statements, criminal experts including post-mortem doctors. The goal is to fulfill the evidence.

"The function of expert information will be used by investigators as a fulfillment of evidence," he said.

It was previously reported that the police will convey the determination of the suspect in the alleged bullying case at BSD Serpong International Binus High School, South Tangerang (Tangsel), on Friday, March 1, next.

South Tangerang Police Chief, AKBP Ibnu Bagus said that his party is still conducting further examinations of witnesses.

"Alhamdulillah, the witness examination is still ongoing and God willing, we will convey the release on Friday. The determination and the results of the examination," Ibnu said in a short message, Wednesday, February 28.
