12 Ternate Students Arrested By Satpol PP, The Hangout Place Of The Diultimatum Prohibition Of Uniform Visitors At School Hours

The Ternate City Satpol PP secured 12 students who wandering during school hours. Those transported by patrol car consisted of 11 junior high and 1 high school students.

"During school hours, the students were even busy wandering around and hanging out in one of the cafes, wearing school uniforms," said Ternate City Satpol PP Head, Fhandy Mahmud in Ternate, North Maluku (Malut), Wednesday, February 28, as reported by Antara.

He said the students were secured based on reports from the community around the cafe.

"There is evidence of complaints from the public regarding the activities of students hanging out at school hours even until the evening," he said.

According to Fhandy, apart from securing the students, cafe owners are also given education not to receive guests wearing school uniforms for whatever reason.

"This is important for business actors to know so that in the future nothing like that will happen again," he said.

After being trained, the students were immediately taken to their respective schools for further guidance by the school.

"If it is repeated again, the student's parents will be summoned and dealt with," he said.

Therefore, he appealed to the public to provide information if they saw students roaming in places they should not be active, especially during school hours.

"I also have hopes for teachers to always check on their students. The point is that they must have a classroom teacher number when the homeroom teacher says they do not attend school, they must take precautions," he said.
