JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya scheduled the examination of the rector of Pancasila University with the initials ETH, Monday 26 February for alleged sexual harassment of its employees, RC (42). Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi revealed that the case, which is currently under investigation, was handled by the Sub-Directorate of Youth, Children and Women (Sub-Directorate of Renakta) Polda Metro Jaya. Meanwhile, Head of Public Relations of Pancasila University Putri Langka stated that RZ was a employee at the university. RZ has reported the Chancellor of Pancasila University with the initials ETH for alleged sexual harassment. This report has been registered with the number LP/B/193/I/2024/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya, dated January 12, 2024. ETH was reported on the basis of Article 6 of Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence (TPKS).
