Nagan Raya Regency Government Finds Solutions To The Linmas Task Force Strikes To Secure The 2024 Election Plenary Meeting Because Of Honor Rp800 Thousand

NAGAN RAYA - The Nagan Raya Regency Government, Aceh Province, continues to seek solutions related to the strike action of dozens of Community Protection Task Forces (Satgas Linmas) in a number of sub-districts. The Linmas Task Force refused to be tasked with securing the 2024 General Election recapitulation meeting at the sub-district level (ppk). "We are handling this problem," Head of the Civil Service Police Unit and Wilayatul Hisbah Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province, Saiful Bahri confirmed by ANTARA, Thursday, February 22. He also confirmed that there was a strike from a number of Linmas Task Force officers in a number of sub-districts in the area, allegedly related to the security honorarium protests of Rp800 thousand per person. Saiful Bahri said the honorarium given by the local government to 50 Linmas Task Force was spread across 10 sub-districts in Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh, amounting to Rp800 thousand per person referring to the provisions for the implementation of the 2019 General Election. Before carrying out security duties, the local government has instructed all sub-district Linmas Task Force officers in Nagan Raya, to be able to share tasks alternately (shifts) by two people per shift. Saiful Bahri admitted that so far the plenary results of the 2024 General Election at the sub-district level are still in a safe and conducive situation, although a number of Linmas Task Forces no longer want to carry out their duties. As is known, dozens of Community Protection Task Forces (Satgas Linmas) on duty in a number of sub-districts in Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province, as of Tuesday were reported to have been on strike not to be tasked with securing a vote recapitulation meeting (pleno) at the sub-district level in each task area. "“ They (The Linmas Task Force) do not want to come to work because it is not clear that the additional compensation for carrying out their duties in the sub-district is related to plenary security at the ppk level," said Idris. Idris admitted to the honorarium issue that was demanded by a number of Linmas Task Force, so far it has been reported to the Nagan Raya Regency Government, Aceh, in order to find a solution. Meanwhile, the Head of East Seunagan Sub-district, Nagan Raya Regency, Salviar Evi, who was confirmed separately, also confirmed several Linmas Task Force personnel in his area, who no longer carried out tasks related to the lack of honorarium issues received.
