Prabowo Wins Again In Re-voting In Trenggalek

TRENGGALEK - Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka pair won again at the re-voting (PSU) at TPS 017, Sumbergedong Village, Trenggalek Regency, East Java.

At the PSU, the candidate pair number 2 won 148 votes, the Anis-Muhaimin (AMIN) pair had 16 votes, and the Ganjar-Mahfudz (GAMA) pair got 21 votes.

The results were known after the polling group (KPPS) completed the calculation or recapitulation of the 2024 presidential election ballot at Pols 017 at around 15.30 WIB.

"The voting results changed from voting on February 14. Voter participation decreased, automatically the voting results also decreased," said Head of KPPS 017, Sumbergedong Village, Budi Santoso, confirmed after the recapitulation of votes reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, February 21.

It was stated that the decline occurred evenly, experienced by the three pairs of candidates along with the reduced voter participation in the PSU which was held at TPS 017, Sumbergedong Village.

The AMIN pair, who won 30 votes on February 14, at this PSU, only 16 votes.

The Prabowo-Gibran pair also went down. In the previous voting, the pair promoted by the Gerindra, Golkar, Democrat, PAN, and PSI coalition received 172 votes, while at this PSU they received 148 votes.

Meanwhile, the Ganjar-Mahfud pair, who initially won 42 votes, at this time the PSU received 21 votes.

The total number of DPT at Pols 017 was recorded at 286 people, while those who attended and used voting rights at this PSU were 186 people (65 percent). Down from the presence of voters in the February 14 voting which at that time reached 249 people or 87 percent.

In accordance with the provisions, said Trenggalek Regency KPU member Imam Nur Hadi, the results of this PSU vote recapitulation are to recap the vote count at the PPS level.

"The previous voice recap was the same type of ballot. Thus, it is no longer used," he said.

Polling Station 017 Sumbergedong Village is one of three polling stations in Trenggalek which was held to re-vote.

Unlike Polling Station 017, Sumbergedong Village, which was held by a special PSU for presidential election ballots, two other polling stations (TPS 012 Kelutan Village and Polling Station 06 Sukosari Village) for the election of legislative members.

The PPS 012 Kelutan Village was held by the PSU for ballots from the district DPRD, the East Java Provincial DPRD and the DPR RI, while at TPS 06 Sukosari Village the PSU was only for the type of ballot of the district DPRD.
