Need The Support Of The AMIN Kubu To Roll Out The Right To Angkat In The DPR, Ganjar: We Open Communication

Presidential Candidate number 3, Ganjar Pranowo admitted that he opened communication with the presidential and vice-presidential camps number 1, Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (AMIN) to roll out the right of inquiry in the DPR. This step is considered to have to be taken because of various allegations of fraud that occurred.

If the NasDem Party, Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), and the National Awakening Party (PKB) in the AMIN camp join the PDI-P (PDIP) and the United Development Party (PPP) then the right of inquiry can be rolled out.

"That's why we have to open the door of communication with the party supporting Anies-Muhaimin," said Ganjar in a written statement, Monday, February 19.

Ganjar explained that it could be a way to hold the General Election Commission (KPU) and the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) accountable for the 2024 presidential election. They must explain various frauds that occur in a structured and massive manner.

"If the DPR is not ready for the right of inquiry, I encourage the use of the DPR's right to interpellation to criticize fraud in the 2024 presidential election," said the former Governor of Central Java.

Furthermore, Ganjar also encouraged legislators in the DPR RI to summon election organizers to be held accountable. "If the nudity of alleged fraud is silenced, there will be no control function," he said.

"This one must be investigated, made special committee, minimum DPR trial, call, field pick-up test," he continued.

The proposal to roll out the right of inquiry in the DPR by the party carrying Ganjar-Mahfud, namely PDI Perjuangan and PPP was conveyed in the coordination meeting of the Ganjar-Mahfud National Winning Team (TPN) on February 15, 2024. At that time they held a closed meeting at the High End Building, Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta.
